It is with great sympathy that I long to send my condolences to this family. Words can't express how much Mr. Walters meant to a lot of people, especially my father, James Charles Jones. They were like sincere brothers. So it's with much respect that I have for this man and his family, for my fathers' sake, that I grant my condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Mr. Walters, I know Daddy is definitely there waiting for you! Together once again!

It was truly a blessing to have known my father-in-law for over
forty years. Dad was always great to be around,he always made me fill welcome from day one.
I will forever cherish our time together and I will never forget his many saying. The one I remember most and quote often is "no one can fill your pain but you".Rest in peace and love to the family.

My heartfelt condolences to the Walters Family, Peggy Ann, Jimmie Jr., James Earl and Joyce Ann , Chris, friends and family. Cousin JW was highly respected, dearly loved by all whom knew him. He was mom Rip favorite Nephrew. JW was highly educated in the non traditional way, great entrepreneur, and taught me mostly everything good I know, for sure how to survive in this world. JW leaves a void in my heart, will be dearly miss by me. Please find comfort in knowing how much he loved each and everyone of you. The highlights of his life. A Family man first.
