OUR love and thoughts are with your family at this very difficult time.
Occasionally in life you meet that very special person who it is a privilege to call a friend.
She was a quiet spoken and caring person, one of the best potato pie cookers ever. Her family were fortunate to have her as mum, sister, and grandmother. As a first lady, she did carry herself in a way to be loved and respected.
The family get togethers were some of the best ever. How are we going to cope without her? In her words, just Pray and everything will be OK. We have to remember all the wonderful times we had, think just how blessed and privileged we were to know her. She will always be missed, never forgotten. Take your rest......

"May the work I've done speak for me". God in His infamous way has called another Calhoun Heights Matriarch. Dean, as we called her, possessed the sweet, sweet spirit of Christ as a virtuous Woman. She was humble and always had a smile whenever you met her. She and her husband met and married in the Mt. Olive Bapt. Church. We will miss her sweet, sweet spirit, but we know she is resting in the arms of her Jesus. Rest on "Dean, no more worldly woes, you've finished your course.
