Joel, was such an awesome person! He was always ready to lend a helping hand to his late grandparents (Cecil and Bernice Levingston), when I was living with them back in the day. He had an amazing laugh that still linger with you afterwards, and he knew that he was handsome and that his smile could capture anyone's attention. Joel will be dearly miss but the love, support and encouragement that he exhibited towards everyone he encounter will never fade. May God continue to bless his family and give them unwavering peace.
