Obituary of Lonnie Harris

Lonnie Harris, age 66, of Magnolia died Saturday, September 15, 2018 at home in Magnolia. Mr. Harris was born January 17, 1952 in Magnolia, AR. He is the son of the late Lonnie Sr and the late Lillie Pearl (Britt) Harris. He married Virginia Sargent on March 21, 1981. He served his country honorably in the Navy during the the Vietnam War from 12/02/1971 to 12/7/1977. Lonnie enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, football and cooking and was employed at Aramax. He is survived by his wife: Virginia (Sargent) Harris, his son, Lonnie Harris, III, his daughter, Chivas Renee Harris, and one sister Juanita Hill. The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, September 22 at A.C. Henderson Memorial Chapel, 614 Calhoun Rd., Magnolia, AR with Rev. Tony Smith officiating. Burial will be in West Cemetery, under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service.
