Obituary of Gladys J Jones

Gladys J Jones, age 79, of Magnolia, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 28, 2017 at Homestead Nursing Home of Stamps, AR. Mrs. Jones was born March 26, 1938 in Richmond, IN. She is the daughter of the late Henry and the late Charlsie (Willis) Robinson. She spent her time on this earth serving God and making a loving home for her family and friends to enjoy. She is survived by two sons: Robert Lee (Porchia) Jones of Emerson, AR and Lee Arthur Jones of Magnolia; six daughters: Glenda Parks of Elyra, OH, Willie J Jones and Andrea Jones Walker both of Magnolia, AR, Rosie Jones Young and Judith Jones both of Hope, AR, Jessica Jones Martin of Centerpoint, TX, fourteen grandchildren and a great host of other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held 1:30 pm on Saturday, September 2 at A.C. Henderson Memorial Chapel, 614 Calhoun Rd., Magnolia, AR with Pastor Aletha Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in 23 Psalms Cemetery, Magnolia, under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service. Calling hours will be Friday, September 1 from 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
