I recently found out about Gerald passing, he was a kind and hard working person, we worked together for four years at Dollar General, when he was manager and I was his assistant..........so sorry for your loss and I will continue to lift the family up in prayers even though its been over a year.... I wish I would of known so that me and other could of paid our respects to him and the family....

I only learned of Gerald's passing a couple of days ago from another friend of ours. We met & worked @ Smitty's Food Warehouse in Hope for about 5 years. We always had such a good time. His laugh & his personality were amazing. It was so hard to say good-bye to him & several others when I left. He was a wonderful friend & will truly be missed. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

My condolences to the family and may the comfort and peace of God be with each of you during time. Hearing of Gerald immediately sent my memory back to the home and time of the Green family, valuable ingredients to the foundation of my life. I never got to say thanks. My heart goes out to the family of Gerald Johnson. I knew him as a kind-hearted man who always greeted me with a big smile. I remember his days at the old Smitty Grocery Store. He was also a product of a sweet, loving mother (Juanita Johnson).
Gerald grew up and served at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church for many years.

Mrs. Ermatine and kids, Mr. Gerald was a true blessing to all of us in the Arkadelphia Choir Booster Family. He was a great man with a wonderful example of service and a very giving heart for all of us to witness. We loved his constant spirit of happiness to always find joy and laughter in every situation.
